Checkpoint Validation

Checkpoint validation is used when admin review is required before a checkpoint can be considered completed.

How to Review Checkpoint Validation

  1. Go to Checkpoint Validation.
  2. Choose the status group such as Pending, Changes Requested, Rejected, or Approved.
  3. Open a validation record.
  4. Review the student's submission, checklist, evidence, comments, and upload time.
  5. Add reviewer remarks.
  6. Approve, request changes, or reject.
  7. Confirm the student checkpoint status updated correctly.

Validation Queue

Validation should be grouped by status:

  • Pending review
  • Changes requested
  • Rejected
  • Approved

Only checkpoints marked as requiring admin validation should appear in the queue.

The review detail page should focus on the checkpoint and its submitted content:

  • Student details
  • Course or program
  • Checkpoint title
  • Submitted checklist
  • Evidence files
  • Upload timestamp
  • Student comments

  • Validation history
