Mentorship targets help measure student progress toward the program outcome.

Display
Targets should use progress bars or clear visual indicators. A target should not show 100 percent unless the underlying source data supports it.

Validation
When target values look wrong:
- Check participant enrollment target configuration.
- Check wealth tracker input.
- Check whether missing values are being treated as completed.
- Check whether archived or inactive records are included incorrectly.
