Student Performance View
The performance view helps mentorship admins understand where a student is progressing, stuck, pending review, or overdue.
Course Tab
Courses should show:
- Course name
- Batch number
- Checkpoint count
- Completed checkpoints
- Pending checkpoints
- Overdue checkpoints
- Required versus optional checkpoint status
- Evidence upload availability
- Scheduled start and due dates
Schedule Tab
The schedule tab should show checkpoint schedule state with clear status labels:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Editable | Date can still be adjusted |
| Locked | Checkpoint started, completed, validated, or expired |
| Lapsed | Due date has passed |
| Override | Manual override is enabled |
Rows that need attention or have lapsed should use color highlighting.
Payment Context
Mentorship admins should be able to see enough payment context to know whether access or follow-up is affected:
- Outstanding balance
- Upcoming payment
- Membership due date
- Mentorship due date
- Missed payment warning level
