Platform Overview

The WNA platform manages the full operating flow from lead capture to student progress, finance collection, and membership or mentorship administration.

How to Find a Record

  1. Open the relevant module from the left menu.
  2. Use the page search box to search by name, email, invoice number, batch number, or product name.
  3. Use filters only when the list is too large.
  4. Click the record name or title to open the detail page.
  5. If the result shows a UUID instead of a name, report it so the display value can be improved.

How to Check a Student Profile

  1. Go to the student, enrollment, mentorship, or membership management page.
  2. Search for the student by name or email.
  3. Open the detail page.
  4. Review the header for role, status, batch, membership, mentorship, invoice, and payment summary.
  5. Open the tabs for courses, checkpoints, invoices, payments, documents, sessions, or audit log.

Typical Lifecycle

  1. A lead arrives from a sales link, campaign, online preview, or manual event.
  2. The student signs up through checkout or is entered manually by an admin.
  3. The system creates or links the user record, applies pricing, records attribution, and prepares billing.
  4. Finance confirms invoice and payment records, then syncs with Bukku when required.
  5. The student receives access to assigned courses, bundles, memberships, or mentorships.
  6. Progress is tracked through checkpoints, evidence uploads, attendance, sessions, and performance records.

Shared Data

The same student may appear across multiple business flows. Always rely on the platform record as the source of truth for:

  • User identity and contact details
  • Identification number
  • Batch numbers
  • Program assignments
  • Membership and mentorship status
  • Invoice and payment summary
  • Suspension status
  • Audit history
