QR and Offline Conversion Flow
QR flows help students check in and purchase during physical events.
How to Use QR for Event Conversion
- Prepare the event QR for attendance.
- Prepare product QR links for courses, bundles, memberships, or mentorships.
- Ask students to scan and log in.
- Confirm eligible member or mentorship pricing appears.
- Student completes checkout using their own account.
- If the student cannot pay online, use manual enrollment and finance payment entry.
Attendance QR
Students can mark attendance by scanning the event QR and entering their identification number. The identification number must match the student record.
Attendance should capture:
- Student name
- Identification number match
- Event or session
- Batch number
- Check-in timestamp
- Attendance status
Product QR
Courses, bundles, memberships, and mentorships can use QR links that bring students to checkout.
When scanned, the student should be able to:
- Log in to their own account
- See eligible member or mentorship pricing
- Add the product to checkout
- Apply vouchers or rewards
- Complete online payment
Offline Payment Handling
When students cannot access checkout or pay online, admins can use the manual enrollment and finance flow:
- Create or select the user.
- Assign the product and batch.
- Generate invoice or payment schedule.
- Record terminal or manual payment.
- Allocate payment against the invoice.
- Keep the source linked to the event or workshop.
