Member Pricing and Eligibility
Membership can affect product pricing and eligibility.
How to Check Member Eligibility
- Open the student or member profile.
- Check membership status and end date.
- Confirm whether the student also has mentorship.
- Review eligible member or mentorship pricing.
- Check invoices and payment status before granting manual access.
Pricing Tiers
Products may have:
- Public price
- Member price
- Mentorship price
When public price is entered, it should mirror to member and mentorship prices by default. Admins can then adjust member or mentorship prices.
Checkout Behavior
When an existing user logs in during checkout:
- Membership status should be checked.
- Member price should apply if eligible.
- Special price should be clearly shown.
- Vouchers and rewards can load from the user's account.
Admin Views
Admin and finance views should show whether a participant is a member and whether they are also a mentorship student.
For batch-heavy records, use hover previews to show course or mentorship batch details without overcrowding the table.
